Native olive oil with white truffles
An extra virgin olive oil enriched with freeze-dried white truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico) and aroma from white truffle. This delicacy is recommended as a truffle substitute or as a flavor enhancement to the truffle itself. The oil is suitable as a seasoning for numerous appetizers, fried eggs, mushroom salads, filet steaks, tartare, and all types of cheese. You only need 1/2 teaspoon per serving.
