Preparation from butter and summer truffle.
Freshly processed cream butter is mixed in the butter churn with finely chopped summer truffles. Ideal for refining pasta sauces. Also tastes excellent with meat or eggs.
Store in the refrigerator.

96.2% BUTTER, 2.9% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavoring, preservatives: sorbic acid.
Properties: Protein from animal milk.
