Especially round and beautiful truffles with a very good level of ripeness. They are preserved in salt and truffle juice. Fully preserved.
Can be used like fresh truffles; cut or shave into small pieces. Perfect for making terrines, pâtés, in sauces, or with fresh cheese. For sauces, they should be sautéed briefly in some olive oil beforehand.
Store refrigerated after opening and consume within 4 days.
