This classic Tuscan farmhouse salami contains some larger pieces of fat and is seasoned with whole and ground pepper. It is aged for about 2 months in natural casing and covered with noble mold.

The product is available in 2 versions:
Vacuum-sealed and always readily available, and the version shown in the photo with noble mold. The plastic-free version not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration required), but is also somewhat cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a bit better. You just need a little patience or plan ahead, as this version is freshly delivered only about every 4-5 weeks.
The actual weight may vary slightly from the product description, as everything is still handmade. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight. If there is a downward difference, a refund will of course be issued afterward. Usually, it is heavier.
