These pralines are pure indulgence. The finest Piedmont hazelnuts combined with white chocolate. Tartuflanghe uses only the hazelnut variety "Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" with the protected designation of origin I.G.T. for Dolce d'Alba. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in southwestern Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with dark chocolate, real black summer truffles, amaretto-almond flavor, or as coffee-cocoa bean pralines. Absolutely delicious and a great gift idea!
