Gray salt from the Atlantic with white truffles.
A truffle salt for seasoning and flavoring cold and hot dishes: pasta, egg, potato, and vegetable dishes, meat and fish tartare or carpaccio, as well as salads and cheese. Excellent on sushi and foie gras.
Ingredients: Gray salt from Guérande FR (Atlantic) 98%, freeze-dried white truffles (tuber magnatum pico) 0.3% (equivalent to 1.7% fresh truffles), flavorings. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in Italy.
