Made according to grandmother Ana María’s traditional recipe, passed down through generations: intended as a small salad appetizer with simple but flavorful ingredients in difficult times. Then as now, the onions are hand-cut into julienne strips and mixed with a bit of garlic and parsley. Served with white bread and a chilled white wine. Simply delicious!
