Extra virgin olive oil made from hand-harvested Leccino, Frantoio, and Coratina olives. With a green color and golden highlights, the oil has an acidity level between 0.2-0.4%. Lightly grassy aroma, also notes of almonds, blossoms, and fresh fruits. The taste is gently fruity and delicate, reminiscent of artichokes and sweet almonds.
