The vintage vodka.
Only particularly starch-rich potatoes of the Pirol variety are used for the barrel-aged vodka. They are planted in the Eifel region and processed into a finely mild alcohol with five fine distillations using a special method, reflecting the character of the potato. After several months of aging in ash barrels, the combination of fine smoothness and noble potato notes becomes even more pronounced.
