Made from fresh pomace selected by the Nonino family, including Cabernet, Merlot, and Schioppettino. The aging took place over five years in barriques made of Limousin, Nevers, and Grésigne oak, as well as small former sherry casks in the Nonino cellars. Amber-colored, bright, and inviting. On the nose, full-bodied and intense with notes of strudel, pastry, cherries, and chocolate. Powerful yet velvety. On the palate, the aromatic notes are confirmed, with additional fruity notes such as apricot, vanilla, and almond. Before tasting, the Antica Cuvée Riserva Cask Strength should rest in the glass for a few minutes. Through oxygen exposure, the aromas unfold, and the harmony between nose and palate becomes more complete.
