This slightly spicy, flavorful salami is made from pork and beef and enriched with chilies, spices, and red wine.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, pepper, spices, natural flavors, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidants: E300, preservatives: E252 & E250.

Vacuum sealed and always directly available and in the variant from the photo with noble mold. The variant without plastic not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration, but is also a bit cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes better. You just have to bring a bit of patience or plan ahead. Since this version is only delivered fresh approximately every 4-6 weeks.
