Very fine and renowned oil from the ancient oil mill Alziari in Nice. The golden-yellow cuvée is cold-pressed from fully ripe harvested olives and is particularly tasty with cooked dishes and also with fine raw vegetables due to its fruity-mild finesse. On the palate, this olive oil clearly develops its fruitiness with light notes of mango, artichoke, and nuts. The scent of fresh almonds is also reflected in the taste and intensifies in warm dishes.
