This natural, cold-pressed olive oil comes from the Cordoba region and is produced in a particularly gentle manner. As a result, all color, aroma, and flavor compounds of the olive are fully preserved. Only hand-picked olives of the varieties Picudo, Hojiblanca, and Picual are used. The taste is therefore unmistakably fresh and delicately fruity.
