The old grape variety Pinot Noir is considered one of the noblest in the world. At the cider mill and private winery van Nahmen in Hamminkeln, North Rhine-Westphalia, fruit processing has a long tradition. Nothing is taken away from the juices and nothing is added: no preservatives, no flavorings. Special attention is paid to the use of old fruit varieties and thus also to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultural varieties.
