The juice for this peach nectar is made exclusively from the "White Peach" variety. This peach variety is characterized by a particularly intense aroma and its full-bodied flavor. At the van Nahmen cider mill and private pressing house in Hamminkeln, Rhineland, fruit processing has a long tradition. Nothing is removed from or added to the juices: no preservatives, no flavorings. Special attention is given to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultivars.
