This is a classic salami for me. If you just want to try Italian salami without being surprised by any seasoning or ingredient, this is the right choice.
The sausage only has finely ground fat pieces added and is then seasoned with whole and ground pepper. It is matured in natural casing for about 2 months and covered with noble mold.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, pepper, spices, natural flavors, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant E300, preservatives E252, E250
The product is available in 2 versions:
Vacuum-sealed and always readily available, and the version shown in the photo with noble mold. The plastic-free version not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration required), but is also a bit cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a little better. You just need a bit of patience or plan ahead, as this version is freshly delivered only about every 4-5 weeks.
The actual weight may slightly differ from the product description, as everything is still handmade. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight. If there is a lower weight difference, a refund will of course be issued afterwards.
If the sausage is heavier (usually the case with fresh deliveries), the extra amount is only to your advantage and a saving. The product will not be more expensive.
