100% Garganega. Even here in the entry-level segment, made from vines aged 30 to 70 years.

Pale yellow in color, rich in aromas of flowers like hawthorn and jasmine, green apple, and almonds.

On the palate, it shows a clear mineral freshness and a strong flavor. Very good as an aperitif with Parma ham and fresh cheese or with pasta dishes, risotto with seafood, and soups made from fresh vegetables.
