Bright golden yellow/vibrant and intense perlage.

The L Extravertie Blanc de Blancs reveals itself expressively on the nose with exotic citrus fruits, fragrant blossoms, and distinctive minerality. A champagne that already promises power and juiciness in its aroma. It becomes more beautiful and captivating the more oxygen it is allowed to open up to.

Juicy, powerful, and precise, it glides over the tongue with emphasized carbonation, where it shows salty minerality. Its finish is long and impressive. The perfect aperitif and partner for classic French dishes with shellfish and fish.

Harvested from 7 Cru vineyards: Chouilly, le Mesnil sur-Oger, l Oiry, Cramant, Oger, Cuis, Villeneuve in the 2021 vintage +14% reserve wines from 2020.

Aged in wooden barrels on fine lees without fining and filtration. Bottled July 2022, disgorged June 2024, dosage 3.5g/l.

Pertois-Lebrun

The Pertois-Lebrun house was founded through the marriage of Paul Pertois and Françoise Lebrun, who combined their families' vineyards in 1955. Their daughter Odile took over the management of the winery. She was followed in the fifth generation by her nephews Clément and Antoine.

The two brothers, who grew up in Provence, complement each other perfectly. Clément is the nature lover who is converting the 44 plots and 9.5 hectares in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Chouilly, Oger, and Oiry to organic farming, while Antoine quit his career as a management consultant to handle the business aspects.

The excellent grape quality from the old vineyards is now vinified at the winery depending on the cuvée in stainless steel, wood, or sandstone amphorae. The brothers produce exclusively Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru with great pressure, minerality, liveliness, and aromatic precision.
