Bright golden yellow with a rich and articulated aroma texture. Flavors of ripe exotic fruits, citrus peels, white pepper, magnolia, and aromatic herbs are supported by a fresh hint of eucalyptus honey.
On the palate, still carrying the aromas from the nose but also fresh and salty, the mineral persistence is long-lasting.
Aged for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Then another 2 months in the bottle.
Hermes, the Greek god and messenger of the Olympic gods, inspired this wine due to his creativity and immediacy. A fresh and energetic cuvée that reflects the goodness and richness of the mineral content of the volcanic soils, giving HERMES DIACTOROS II a kaleidoscope of intense sensations to discover during tasting.

There are people who grow beyond themselves for something new. This is also true for the people behind ÔMINA ROMANA: They are united not only by a passion for wine but also by the desire to create something that leaves lasting value and becomes part of the country's centuries-old history. Owner Katharina Börner ensures that this determination never loses its strength, running the winery with great dedication, supported by the whole family.
In Velletri, she is supported by Paula Pacheco, who oversees work in the vineyards and olive groves, by Simone Sarnà, the oenologist in the wine cellar, and Claudio Gori, who advises her as an internationally recognized oenologist.
