The medium-fruity olive oil from Apulia was pressed in October from 100% Peranzana olives.

On the nose, there are notes of tomato, arugula, radish, and artichoke. On the palate, the oil is fresh, lively, and shows only subtle, well-integrated spicy and bitter notes. It pairs well with vegetables, salads, cooked fish, and fruit.

Muraglia

Muraglia is traditional and still harvests the olives by hand, which are then cold-pressed in the old stone mill. Muraglia bottles its best Peranzana oil in jugs hand-thrown and hand-painted by young artists. The Apulian, delicately fruity olive oil is one of the best in the region, as confirmed by numerous national and international awards.
