The vineyards of the traditional company Henry Beaufort cover 13 hectares of Grand Cru sites and 3.5 hectares of Premier Cru sites.
The strict selection of the grape, combined with the carefully crafted winemaking, especially during destemming and pressing, as well as aging in oak barrels, are the distinctive features in the vinification of Bouzy Rouge.
This exceptional wine is ruby red in color and of rare elegance, and an expression of a lesser-known tradition of Champagne.
