Antica Torroneria Piemontese

The inventors of the Tartufi dolci are the Sebaste family near Alba, in Piedmont. They roast the Piedmont hazelnuts IGP and process them in an unparalleled way into truffle pralines, now available in numerous variations combined with milk, dark, or white chocolate, or even with pistachios or lemon zest. However, they started with Torrone, the white nougat, which they made with hazelnuts instead of almonds. Soft and hard variations are a true delight.
