Very fine and renowned oil from the ancient Alziari oil mill in Nice. The green-yellow colored blend was cold-pressed from olives harvested while still green and is especially tasty with its fruity-intense finesse for salads, tomatoes, and raw vegetables. This olive oil carries pure fresh herbs in its aroma. On the palate, the "green oil" awakens the taste buds and initially spreads its pure absolute olive flavor. After a while, it shows a peppery note at the back of the tongue and then returns powerfully with its full olive character.
