This Tuscan pasta spice consists among other things of garlic, pepper, basil, paprika, CELERY SEED, oregano, coriander, fennel seeds, myrtle, chilies, star anise, bay, thyme, and rosemary. It is an excellent addition to many pasta dishes, tomato sauces, ratatouille, and even fried potatoes.
