The Redigaffi is a single-varietal Merlot, naturally evoking reminiscences of the great model Petrus.
The ink-black wine is aged for 16 months in new barriques. Explosive nose with ripe black raspberry and cherry, also a hint of cherry jam and delicately fragrant raspberry leaf. Above it hovers a touch of vanilla and a very subtle sweet spice. So rich and full-bodied already on the nose.
