This wine has a beautiful golden color. It is a sweet wine with an elegant and complex bouquet characterized by aromas of apricot jam, peach, acacia and millefiori honey, candied yellow citrus fruits, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich. Balance and persistence are the hallmarks of this Passito.
Pairs well with traditional Venetian cookies such as "Sbrisolona" cake, Rufioi, Venetian Chiacchiere, and Zaleti. Also ideal with aged cheese and blue cheese.
