Nervi: Il Rosato 2022

The philosophy of the winery in producing Il Rosato is to express the purity and freshness of the Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are carefully handpicked and gently pressed to extract only the finest must. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and natural acidity. Afterwards, the wine matures for a short time in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness and liveliness. In the glass, it shows a delicate, bright pink color. The nose is dominated by a bouquet of fresh red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by floral notes of roses and a hint of citrus.
