Only 5000 bottles produced each year. Fermentation and aging take place for 10 months in oak barrels. The Petit Manseng is straw yellow with very intense, fruity aroma notes (dried fruits) and mineral nuances. It has a pleasant acidity and impresses with its structure. Pairs excellently with Asian dishes or pasta with bottarga, but also simply as an aperitif.

Franz Haas

At the Franz Haas winery, the foundation for the current operation was laid in 1880. It is currently under the leadership of the 7th generation "Franz Haas". The firstborn son is still called Franz.

Since 2000, more and more vineyards in higher altitudes have been leased and established, and natural winegrowing has always been emphasized.

The beautiful labels have been designed by the artist Riccardo Schweizer since 1990.
