The Francis Blanchet winery specializes in classic, mineral-fresh Sauvignon Blanc, which still brings the wonderful fruit of Sauvignon Blanc fully into the glass. The only 13.5 ha large estate is run as a traditional family winery. Father and son work hand in hand with each other and, as a Haute Valeur Environnementale operation, also hand in hand with nature. Thus, they perfectly bring the typical minerality of the vineyards, which are particularly rich in flint in this region, into the bottle.
