De Saint Gall is the largest winemakers' cooperative in Champagne with over 2,500 members. With a reserve of quality base wines from selected vineyards, they have been producing Champagne under the name de Saint-Gall since 1990.
Rosé: 50% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 17% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. An ideal aperitif Champagne, but also highly recommended with many other dishes or fruity desserts.
