This 'Crema Gianduia' - as it is called in Italian, has nothing to do with what is commonly known as a nut nougat cream. Beyond slab fats or palm oil, here at Papa dei Boschi, a hazelnut chocolate cream is made from the finest ingredients with significantly less sweetness and therefore more (nut) flavor.

This newer "dark" variant differs only by a single (missing) ingredient. No milk powder. Hardly any difference in taste.

IGP hazelnuts have certain quality parameters, such as a uniform shape, excellent aroma and taste after roasting, as well as good shelf life. These characteristics make this Piedmont hazelnut paste one of the best in the world.

Ingredients: HAZELNUT with protected designation of origin I.G.P. (60%), cane sugar, low-fat cocoa powder (10%), Bourbon vanilla

Unfortunately, there was a very small harvest. Prices have therefore been increased.
