This 'Crema Gianduia' - as it is called in Italian, has nothing to do with what is commonly known as a nut nougat cream. Beyond slab fats or palm oil, here at Papa dei Boschi, a hazelnut chocolate cream is made from the finest ingredients with significantly less sweetness and therefore more (nut) flavor.
Ingredients: Hazelnut with protected designation of origin I.G.P. (60%), cane sugar, skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder (5%), Bourbon vanilla
Unfortunately, there was a very small harvest. Prices had to be increased as a result.
