Pancetta! By now, it should be familiar from every cooking show. One of Italy’s major export hits, and rightly so.
This streaky pork belly comes from local Tuscan pig breeds. The pieces are sharply seasoned. They mature for several months and are highly recommended thinly sliced on bread or in pasta sauces.
Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, natural flavors, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252 and E250.
Store in a cool, dry place.
The item is most likely lighter. Weights vary from 250 g to 390 g and currently are mostly around 340 g.
The actual weight may slightly differ from the product description, as everything is still handmade. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight. If there is a downward difference, a refund will of course be issued afterward. However, if the weight is significantly higher, an additional charge will be applied.
