Sun-ripened and harvested in season in southern Italy, the fruits develop a pleasantly sweet flavor and, just like red tomatoes, are versatile in the kitchen. Especially rich in beta-carotene.
Ideal for delicate pasta sauces or light fish and meat dishes. Whole, peeled, and in their own juice.
