The selection of fennel seeds and the mild seasoning overall are responsible for the delicate fennel flavor. The curing process takes about 6 months.

This Tuscan specialty has a fine fennel taste.

Still made according to an old family recipe at its core and still handcrafted.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, pepper, natural fennel flavor, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: E300, preservatives: E252 & E250.

The product is available in 2 versions:

Vacuum-sealed and always readily available, and the version shown in the photo with noble mold. The plastic-free version not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration required), but is also somewhat cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a bit better. You just need a little patience or plan ahead, as this version is freshly delivered only about every 4-5 weeks.
