Albert Ménès' cod liver is hand-harvested from fish in the Icelandic seas, smoked over beechwood, and packed in cans. No oil is added, as it naturally releases during cooking. Each catch year is a unique vintage, as cod liver improves with time.

Cod liver is a delicate and refined appetizer that can be enjoyed on small toasted breads, as an aperitif bite with asparagus tips, or on a bean salad dressed with olive oil and lemon.
