The Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin is an irresistible combination of premium London Dry Gin and high-quality coffee, bridging two worlds of pleasure. The fascinating thing about gin is the vast room for creativity. This is one of the reasons why we constantly reinvent ourselves and dare to experiment. Not only is the base alcohol made from regionally grown potatoes from the Vulkaneifel the foundation of all our spirits, but we also like to try new things and let our imagination run free. The result of such an endeavor is this exotic novelty full of potential.
The elegantly presented Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin unites apparent opposites and leaves a lasting impression. The fusion of Windspiel London Dry Gin from regional potato cultivation and high-quality botanicals with the coffee distillate of the low-acid Arabica roast surprises with an exciting, stimulating taste experience—spicy, caramelized, with an intense coffee note.
The high-quality coffee distillate is made from a low-acid Arabica roast from the Fazenda Caxambu in Brazil. The noble coffee beans meet the other ingredients and give the Windspiel London Dry Coffee Gin its distinctive aroma. Caramel and a fine bitterness of roasted aromas and nuts go hand in hand with a spicy undertone. The intense, smooth coffee note pairs surprisingly well with the juniper berries in flavor.

The special thing about Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin is not only the marriage of German premium London Dry Gin and selected Arabica coffee beans from South America. We entered into the collaboration with the Dauner Coffee Roastery because, like us, they swear by sustainability and environmental awareness. With their Talhão® philosophy, they operate sustainably, transparently, and socially responsibly. High quality also plays an important role—just like with Windspiel’s London Dry Gin. This new product with authentic coffee flavor can be used for mixing cocktails if desired but also makes an excellent impression when enjoyed neat. The caramelized, gentle character of the light roast "Caxambu Mild" harmonizes wonderfully with the typical gin aromas. Our dream couple of gin and coffee should therefore be considered a class of its own.
