Probably the only gin distilled by a woman in the Black Forest. Almost all of the more than 20 botanicals, such as lavender, rosemary, wild sloes, rose petals, and blackberries, grow on the Scholerhof distillery's own orchards. They are personally harvested, dried, and crushed by master distiller Iris Krader. The Iris Dry Gin surprises with an opulent juniper note embedded in floral and citrus tones. On the palate, you experience a strong, dry, smooth, and above all, long-lasting gin.
