This ham is made from free-range Tuscan pigs and has a very spicy flavor. The ham is boneless and coated with a layer of pepper. It is aged for at least 18 months.

It has a very spicy taste. It has a maturation period of at least 18 months and is soft and ranges from deep to light red when sliced. Ideal for a Tuscan buffet.

By pre-order, it is also available seasoned with fennel or pepperoni.

Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, natural flavors, spices, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252, E250.

There are 2 cuts of the ham. One is about 1.6-1.8 kg as shown in the picture, and the other is a significantly larger semicircular shape. This one is more like 2.5 kg to 3 kg and guaranteed boneless. The smaller version may sometimes still have a small bone piece.

The actual weight may slightly differ from the product description, as everything is still handmade. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight. If there is a downward difference, a refund will of course be issued afterward. In case of a significant upward weight deviation, an additional charge will also be applied.

As a sausage and ham factory, we specialize in the processing and preservation of ham, various sausages, and cooked products made from selected and genuine raw materials.

Production still follows the old family recipes of the Vasco Sassetti family.

Today, they are mainly known for processing pork and wild boar meat from Italian farms and for allergen- and gluten-free production of sausages with traditional flavors.
