This Hungarian paprika has a wonderful, fruity quality. It was hand-picked and stone-ground. Its spiciness should not be underestimated. As a sweet and hot paprika, it goes well, depending on preference, with duck, cream cheese, most legumes and vegetables, chicken and veal, rice, and pork. Paprika does not like strong heat; otherwise, it becomes bitter.
