Extra virgin olive oil made from hand-harvested Leccino, Frantoio, and Coratina olives. With a green color and golden reflections, the oil has an acidity level between 0.2-0.4%. Lightly grassy aroma, as well as notes of almonds, flowers, and fresh fruits. In taste, it is delicately fruity and subtly reminiscent of artichokes and sweet almonds.
