The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Fruttato" is made from a blend of the best Apulian olives: Carolea, Leccino, Oliarola, Olivastra Martina Franca, Coratina, and Picholine. The straw-yellow oil with golden and green hues has an acidity level between 0.15 - 0.4%. In aroma, it is strongly fruity with notes of grass and artichokes, along with bitter-spicy notes. In taste, the oil offers a long-lasting fruitiness, and the aromas of grass and artichoke are present.
