This organic biodynamic Gavi comes from the Tassarolo region. The vineyard is located southwest at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Terroir: limestone and clay soil, which allows a good presence of minerals. The vineyard area covers 22 hectares. The grapes are very selectively hand-harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control using only natural yeasts from the cellar.
The wine has a bright pale yellow color and a floral aroma of fresh stone fruit. It has an excellent structure and balanced acidity with a beautiful finish.
