Vacuum-sealed and always readily available, and the variant shown in the photo with noble mold. The plastic-free variant not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration required), but is also somewhat cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a bit better. You just need a little patience or plan ahead, as this version is freshly delivered only about every 4-5 weeks.

The company Montalcino Salumi srl was founded over 15 years ago by a group of people with extensive experience in pork processing.

They are engaged in the production and wholesale of Tuscan quality sausages.

As a sausage and ham factory, we specialize in the processing and preservation of ham, various sausages, and cooked products made from selected and genuine raw materials.

Production still follows the old family recipes of the Vasco Sassetti family.

Today, they are mainly known for processing pork and wild boar meat from Italian farms and for allergen- and gluten-free production of sausages with traditional flavors.
