Rosé l´Eclat is the absolute embodiment of the originality and finesse of the wines from the house of Gimonnet Gonet. This champagne is made from Chardonnay and a small addition of Pinot Noir from the best Crus of the Côte de Blancs. A low dosage allows it to express the feminine style of the house with complete elegance.
The vines are at least 40 years old, all qualities are matured in steel tanks and age, depending on the quality, 3-6 years on the lees. All champagnes display the typical minerality and saltiness of the Côte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be enjoyed from large glasses. Then they reveal their full greatness.

The champagne house was founded in 1986 by two descendants of well-known winemaking families from the Côte des Blancs, Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet. Starting with 5 ha, the family now owns 13.5 ha, including 6 in the best Grand Cru sites of the Côte de Blancs in the villages of Mesnil-sur Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger. Since 2012, their son Charles has been running the estate in the same trusted manner.
