The house's basic cuvée consists of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Fine mousseux, with an interesting mix of yellow fruit aromas combined with a light smokiness on the palate.
The vines are at least 40 years old; all qualities are aged in steel tanks and mature on the lees for 3-6 years, depending on the quality. All champagnes exhibit the typical minerality and saltiness of the Côte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be served in large glasses. Then they reveal their full character.

The champagne house was founded in 1986 by two descendants of well-known winemaking families from the Côte des Blancs, Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet. Starting with 5 ha, the family now owns 13.5 ha, including 6 in the best Grand Cru sites of the Côte de Blancs in the villages of Mesnil-sur Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger. Since 2012, their son Charles has been running the estate in the same trusted manner.
