Preparation of butter and summer truffle.
Freshly processed cream butter is mixed in a butter churn with finely chopped summer truffles. Ideal for enhancing pasta sauces. Also tastes excellent with meat or eggs.
Store in the refrigerator.

96.2% butter, 2.9% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavoring, preservative: sorbic acid.
