A wonderful, finely fruity quality, for which the paprika was handpicked and ground with a stone mill. Sweet paprika goes well, depending on preference, with duck, cream cheese, most legumes, rice, and vegetables. The fruity spice pairs well with chicken, beef, and veal. A tip from Ingo Holland: paprika generally does not like high heat, otherwise it becomes bitter.
