Chemins des Terroirs is an excellent introduction to the house's purist style. A cross-section of the different vineyards (in transition to biodynamics) is presented in this wine within a classic blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier.

The wine shows fine bubbles with a light white-gold color, clear and shiny in the glass.

de Sousa

De Sousa is a 10-hectare family-run estate in Avize in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.

The winery is currently managed by Erick Sousa in its second generation.

Since 1995, it has been farmed organically and biodynamically since 2002. The soil is partly plowed with horses. Sulfites in the Champagne are kept to a minimum, and the first fermentation takes place with natural yeasts.
