Grapes from the high-altitude steep slope ‘Vorberg’ give this white wine its robust character: intensely fragrant with ripe apples and pears, complemented by a spicy woody note, it impresses with its full-bodied, lasting flavor and a pleasantly soft acidity.

Terlan Winery
In the heart of the Terlan wine-growing region, one of South Tyrol's first wine cooperatives was founded in 1893. At that time, 24 winegrowers set the goal of joint production and sales promotion. Today, the winery, with about 120 members, a cultivation area of 150 ha, and an annual total production of 18,000 hl, is one of the smaller operations in the region.
Or 1.4 million bottles, making it one of the smaller producers in the area. The manageable size significantly contributes to quality assurance. Under the expert supervision of oenologist Rudi Kofler, 70% white and 30% red wines mature in the modern winery, all of which have the D.O.C. classification. Terlan wines capture the unique characteristics of the climate and soil. During their careful aging, great importance is placed on preserving and emphasizing the regional style. The result is distinctive, very individual wines characterized by fruit and finesse, as well as striking density and longevity.
